Thompson Center T/C Contender Super 14 Pistol 7-30 Waters Ported

Up for bid is a Thompson Center Contender Super 14 single shot pistol chambered in 7-30 Waters. Heavy barrel measures 14″ in length with a bright, excellent bore and features added porting below the front sight assembly and what appears to be a screw on service cap at the muzzle. Pistol retains about 95%-97% original blued finish with scattered scratches and some spots of high edge wear. Textured black rubber Pachmayr forearm and pistol grip show some scattered scratches, light wear and a couple small nicks. Pistol is equipped with a serrated ramp with blade front sight and the rear sight has been removed and a single piece Leupold scope base has been installed. Scope base finish does show scratches and nicks. Pistol features the later 3 position hammer, Carlson double sided hammer spur and cocks on opening. Included with the pistol is a set of Leupold 1″ rings which need the screws replaced since they are damaged along with an Allen wrench. Barrel to frame fit is tight.
